Custom business software
built in weeks, not months.

Who it's for

Outgrowing spreadsheets and disconnected software?

Companies between 10 and 250 people share the same pattern. If any of these sound familiar, we can probably help.

01

Excel became your database

Critical operations run through fragile spreadsheets. One broken formula and a week is gone.

02

Your tools don't work together

The CRM, the ERP and three spreadsheets never agree. People spend hours moving numbers between them.

03

SaaS no longer fits your business

You've paid per seat for years, and the tool still forces your team into someone else's workflow.

Build vs buy

Why build instead of another SaaS?

Most businesses don't need another subscription. They need software built around the way they already work.

Typical SaaS

Generic workflows
Built around your workflow
Monthly subscription per seat, forever
One-off build cost, you own it
One more tool alongside the others
Integrates the systems you already use
Feature requests on a public roadmap
New features in days
Procurement, onboarding, migration
Delivered in 2–4 weeks

Why dot&dash

A small senior team building software, not slides.

We use modern AI-native development to move fast without the overhead of a traditional agency. No consultants, no procurement cycles, no enterprise theatre — just experienced builders shipping software.

01

A small, senior team

You work directly with the people writing the code. No account managers, no offshore handoffs.

02

AI-native workflows

We use modern AI tooling across the whole stack, which is why a system that used to take six months ships in weeks.

03

No enterprise overhead

No steering committees, no project managers rewriting Jira tickets. Discovery, build, launch.

04

No procurement cycle

One call, one proposal, one fixed price per phase. You're in production before most vendors send a quote.

05

Built to be handed over

Standard stack, clean code, your Git organisation. Another team can pick it up on day one if they ever need to.

06

We stay after launch

Most clients keep us on a light retainer for changes, integrations and the next workflow — because software is never done.

Integrations & technologies

Works with the tools you already use.

Every system we build integrates with the tools your team already lives in — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Fortnox, Slack, Stripe and most modern REST APIs. AI features run on OpenAI, Anthropic and open models depending on data residency.

  • Gmail
  • Slack
  • HubSpot
  • Fortnox
  • Stripe
  • Zapier

Example project

Agency Operations Platform

A creative agency ran project delivery across six spreadsheets and three disconnected SaaS tools. Quoting, resourcing, invoicing and client updates all lived in different places, and no one had a live view of margin per project.

Solution

  • Custom CRM with pipeline and account records
  • Project dashboard with tasks, resourcing and margin
  • Quote generator plugged into the CRM and Fortnox
  • Branded client portal for status, files and approvals
  • AI search across proposals, contracts and past projects

Result

14 days

How we work

Four steps. Live in weeks.

Most projects launch in 2–4 weeks. No procurement cycle, no multi-quarter roadmap — just a small team building the thing.

  1. 01

    Discover

One call. We map the workflow, the systems and the constraints.

  2. 02

    Prototype

A working prototype in days — real data, real screens, no slideware.

  3. 03

    Build

Production build in iterations, with the people who will actually use it.

  4. 04

    Launch

Live in weeks. You own the code, the data and the deployment.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

Ten short answers on cost, timelines, integrations, ownership and how projects start. More depth on services and how we build.

01
How long does a typical project take?
Most first versions ship in 2–4 weeks. Larger systems roll out in phases: a usable v1 first, then more features added in production.
02
How much does custom software cost?
A first system is typically 100–350k SEK depending on scope. Compared to per-seat SaaS, most builds pay back within 6–18 months.
03
Can you replace Excel?
Yes. We move critical operations out of spreadsheets into a structured system while keeping the flexibility teams like about Excel — including one-click exports where finance still needs them.
04
Can you integrate Microsoft 365?
Yes. Single sign-on with Entra ID, mail and calendar integration, SharePoint and Teams are all standard integration points.
05
Can you integrate HubSpot?
Yes. Two-way sync with contacts, deals, notes and custom objects. We can also replace HubSpot when the pipeline no longer fits.
06
Can you connect our existing ERP or accounting system?
Yes. Fortnox, Visma, Björn Lundén, Xero, QuickBooks and most modern ERPs. For legacy systems we write adapters against exports or file drops.
07
Who owns the code?
You do. Code, data and infrastructure live in your Git organisation and your cloud account. No lock-in, no per-seat pricing.
08
Can AI automate internal workflows?
Yes. Classification, extraction, drafting, summarisation and decision support — used where they earn their keep, with human review where it matters.
09
Do you build customer portals?
Yes. Branded portals with login, self-service, document access, order status and support — deployed on your domain.
10
How does a project typically start?
A 30-minute discovery call. We map one workflow, agree scope and price for a first phase, and start building the next week.
