not decks about it.

Three areas of work, one method: less administration, faster operations, and systems the team actually wants to open.

01Area

Internal systems

CRMs, operations platforms, admin tools and customer portals — shaped around your actual workflow, not a template.

Stack

TypeScript · React · Postgres · Supabase · Cloudflare

Use cases · 04

  • 01Custom CRM matched to your pipeline
  • 02Operations dashboards for the team that runs the business
  • 03Customer and client portals with self-service
  • 04Admin systems that replace spreadsheet workflows
02Area

Workflow automation

Approvals, quote generation, handoffs, reporting — the repetitive work that shouldn't need a human.

Stack

n8n · TypeScript · Supabase · REST/GraphQL APIs

  • 01Approval flows across mail, Slack, Teams
  • 02Automated quote and document generation
  • 03Data sync between CRM, ERP and accounting
  • 04Scheduled reporting without manual exports
03Area

AI woven in

AI wired into real workflows — assistants, extraction, drafting, knowledge search — not chatbots on the marketing page.

Stack

OpenAI · Anthropic · LangChain · Vector DB · n8n

Use cases · 04

  • 01Internal knowledge base trained on your documents
  • 02Structured extraction from PDFs, mail and freeform text
  • 03AI-drafted replies, quotes and summaries inside your tools

Every solution

What we build, in detail.

Each solution has its own page — the problem it solves, how it works, common questions.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most.

How long does a project take?
Most first working versions ship in 2–4 weeks. Larger systems roll out in phases — a usable v1 first, then features added in production.
How much does custom software cost?
A first system is typically 100–350k SEK depending on scope. Compared to per-seat SaaS, most builds pay back within 6–18 months.
Can you actually replace Excel?
Yes. We move critical operations from spreadsheets into a structured system while keeping the flexibility the team likes about Excel — including one-click exports for the workflows that still need them.
Can you integrate Microsoft 365?
Yes. Single sign-on with Entra ID, mail and calendar integration, SharePoint and Teams — all standard integration points.
Can you integrate HubSpot?
Yes. Two-way sync with contacts, deals, notes and custom objects. We can also replace HubSpot entirely when the pipeline no longer fits.
Can you integrate Fortnox?
Yes. Invoicing, purchase orders, articles, ledger — full two-way integration with Fortnox and other Swedish accounting systems (Visma, Björn Lundén).
Can AI automate internal workflows?
Yes. Classification, extraction, drafting, summarisation and decision support. We use AI where it earns its keep, with human review where it matters.
Do you build customer portals?
Yes. Branded portals with login, self-service, document access, order status and support — deployed on your domain.
Can you connect our existing systems?
Yes. Most modern APIs — CRMs, ERPs, accounting, HR, ticketing — plus scripted integrations for legacy tools that expose only exports.
Who owns the software?
You do. Code, data and infrastructure are yours. We deploy to your environment and hand everything over. No lock-in, no per-seat pricing.
Which industries do you work with?
Professional services, agencies, e-commerce, logistics, wholesale, recruitment and real estate — anywhere internal operations matter more than end-user marketing.
What happens after launch?
You can take it from there, or keep us on a light retainer for changes, new integrations and the next workflow. Most clients choose the retainer.
Do you work fixed price or time-and-materials?
Fixed price per phase. We scope discovery, then scope build. You always know what the next invoice looks like.
How do you handle security and data?
Data stays in your environment (EU hosting by default). Role-based access, audit logs and encryption are standard. We're GDPR-first.
Can we start small?
Yes — and we prefer it. One workflow, in production, in weeks. Then expand once it's earning its keep.
How do you handle AI search and modern SEO?
We write content as expert answers to real questions, structure it semantically, and add schema markup. That's what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini extract today.
